Returns & Refunds
It’s important to us that you should be completely happy with the items you receive from 8 Wired, so should you wish to return your item, please email us dispatch@8wired.co.nz as soon as possible so we can give you instructions for where and how to return.
We'll happily exchange or refund your order value, excluding shipping for up to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and sale items are exempt from being returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as if items are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
