Aged in a single large oak foudre (vat) for 5 Years, Hell of the North is one to pull out on a stormy night. Transformed over time to create a unique beer, with a chocolatey-malt base mixed with sherry, leather, tobacco and a hint of smoke. Lactic acid bacteria add a distinct tartness, and Brettanomyces provide that classic wild funk.
