Barrelworks is our barrel ageing facility and tap room based in the farmers market town of Matakana, just 10 minutes drive from our production brewery in Warkworth. We have 21 taps pouring our latest creations along with rarities from our barrel aged collection.
We are open for lunch and dinner and have an ever changing food menu created by our in house chefs. The food menu changes regularly to suit our seasonal beers and is inspired by our visits to tap rooms around the world, food truck culture with a nod to classic beer friendly food.
Tasting flights are a great way to enjoy a range of beers during your visit, these are made up with 5 x 100ml glasses which you can customise yourself or get one of our bar staff to recommend a selection suited to your tastes.
We also have a full takeaway license so you can take your favourite brews home with you either by filling straight from tap or choosing from our bottled & can selection.
